Sandwich / Prep Cook - Guaranteed $20/hr! Fast-paced Sandwich Makers Wanted at Long Standing Neighborhood Shop compensation: $15/hr + tipsemployment type: full-timeDepanneur is an iconic neighborhood shop in Williamsburg. We are a fast-paced business with a focus on quality and customer service. Our work environment is very relaxed and friendly while still committed to providing high quality food in a timely manner, this combination has gained us many very loyal customers and made us an institution in the neighborhood for over ten years. We are what could be described as a family business- we are the furthest from a corporate big box employer as one could imagine, yet we are willing to offer a lot of the same benefits without the stuffy atmosphere.The Sandwich / Prep Cook is responsible for making excellent sandwiches and salads in a timely manner for customers in the store, and for delivery. Time is also shared with prepping sauces and other ingredients when necessary.Starting base rate: $15This position shares tips evenly with front of house staff which means the total hourly rate typically breaks down to $21-$24/hr (Or more!).
